Monday Morning 5-6 am @ GISC
Friday Afternoon 4-5 pm @ MC Germantown
County Dive Practice: Thursday's: 3:30 - 5:00 PM @ GISC
First Practice Monday 11/17 5-6am GISC
Equipment Needed: Appropriate Swimwear, Cap, Goggles, and Water Bottle.
Please plan on arriving to the facility no more than 15 minutes prior to practice
Please plan on being picked up NO LATER than 15 minutes from the END of Practice.
Please use the facilities to change - USA Swimming and NFHS rules prohibit athletes from deck changing.
Athletes must provide their own transportation. A Parking Permit MAY be required at MC Germantown.
